What PDF for Free does not store
The application does not place file bytes, filenames, extracted OCR text, PDF passwords, PDF form-field contents, signatures or output download URLs into cookies or persistent browser storage. The explicit business-profile Save actions are an exception for entered contact and GST details: name, address, phone, email, GSTIN, state and registration setting. They do not save the whole business document, line items, logo or signature. Favourite and recent lists contain tool paths only. Cache Storage is restricted to public, same-origin GET responses; it never accepts Blob or data URLs.
Advertising cookies and identifiers
Advertising is currently disabled, so the AdSense tag is not loaded. Before enabling advertising where consent controls are required, the operator must configure and verify a Google-certified consent management platform. Those advertising consent controls are not currently active. If advertising is enabled in the future, Google states that ad pages may use first- and third-party cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or related identifiers. Analytics does not add browser storage
If the Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon is configured, Cloudflare states that the beacon does not read or write cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB. PDF for Free does not send custom events or file metadata through it.
Review or withdraw advertising consent
If advertising is enabled in the future, use the required consent controls to review or withdraw advertising consent. You can review Google’s advertising controls independently and use your browser’s site-data settings at any time. Browser settings can remove PDF for Free localStorage and Cache Storage, including saved profiles, favourites and recent routes. The business tools also provide Clear saved controls. Closing a tab does not erase a saved profile; clearing site data does not remove files you already downloaded. Read the verification guide to check the storage on your own device.
