What PDF for Free does not store
The application does not place file bytes, filenames, extracted OCR text, PDF passwords, form answers, signatures or output download URLs into cookies or persistent browser storage. Favourite and recent lists contain tool paths only. Cache Storage is restricted to public, same-origin GET responses; it never accepts Blob or data URLs.
Advertising cookies and identifiers
The AdSense tag is absent until production policy gates are satisfied. Google’s certified consent management platform handles advertising consent where it is required. Once loaded, Google states that ad pages may use first- and third-party cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or related identifiers. Details and advertising controls are available in Google’s AdSense cookie explanation.
Analytics does not add browser storage
If the Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon is configured, Cloudflare states that the beacon does not read or write cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB. PDF for Free does not send custom events or file metadata through it.
Review or withdraw advertising consent
Use the consent controls shown by Google’s certified platform where those controls apply. You can also use Google’s advertising controls and your browser’s site-data settings. Browser settings can remove PDF for Free localStorage and Cache Storage, including saved favourite and recent routes.
